Link Social Account with Identity Account

This guide explains how to link a Social Account with an Identity Account, allowing you to connect your social media account with a specific identity in the system.

This helps you verify which Identity is associated with each Social Media account.

Steps

1. Select the Social Media account

Click on the Social Media account you want to link with an Identity. The system will redirect you to the Social Media Management page.

2. Click Edit to link the account

There are two sections: Identity Mail and Identity Tel.
On the right side, click the pencil (edit) icon to modify and link the account.

3. Choose the Identity to link

After clicking edit, the system will display a list of available Identities associated with the user.
Select the Identity you want to link with the Social Account.

4. Save changes

Once you’ve selected the desired Identity, click Save to confirm the linkage.
